These terms apply when you use the Sovrial website and buy our products. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy and returns & refunds policy.
Ordering
Orders are accepted for delivery within the United States only. To order, you must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) and able to enter a binding contract. When you place an order you make an offer to buy; the contract forms when we confirm and ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order - for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud - and we'll refund any payment in full if we do.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. We try to keep pricing accurate; if an obvious error appears, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe; by paying you agree to Stripe's terms. Applicable sales tax is calculated from the shipping address at checkout.
Axial65 preorder
Axial65 is a full-payment preorder. The product page will state a definite ship-by date before paid orders open. You may cancel for a full refund any time before shipment. If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will provide a revised date and let you choose whether to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, the returns & refunds policy explains how we make it right.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect are covered for 14 days from delivery - see the returns & refunds policy for the full terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if you do.
Intellectual property
The Sovrial name, logo, site design, text, and images are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Buying a product doesn't transfer any of these rights to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published here when you place your order.
